      I ordered a new battery on 06/06/2023, through NAPA's Online Store my debit card was charged $166.91, I picked up *********** at my local on 06/072023 about ten days later I realized that my Debit card had been charged the same amount on06/07/2023. I contacted **** and they said they didn't charge my card twice. I contacted my bank, and they said **** still has a hold on my account for the additional charge. I have attached a printout from my bank showing the amount was charged twice. NAPA called yesterday to say the extra charge will disappear from my account, however my Bank says not unless the hold is rescinded. It has been exactly two weeks today from the transaction in dispute, that's excessive for a hold to still be on my account.

      I am writing this letter to address the billing statement I received in the mail on January 19, 2022. When looking over the billing statement I seen multiple charges that was fraudulent and /or unauthorized. Napa billed **************** for $832.05 which is in fact a billing error. **************** is only responsible for invoice 1329-941815 which totaled out to $44.66. The said invoice is the only invoice that was stamped for which confirmed the items was received by us. I am demanding Napa to remove all invoices that was not stamped for because those parts were never ordered or received by us. I expect this billing error to be address and corrected timely manner.
