I ordered from them for Valentines Day on February 12. I have sent two emails to there support email address and received the same answers both times that they dont have any details on my order but will provide a tracking number when they do. I just want a refund at this point but no one I email gives any answers.Initial Complaint

I asked for a refund on 12/28/2023 they emailed me back asking for details on the order when I gave them the order number ******* stated she needed an email to look up order then it was followed by an random email saying rate her service . You didnt even handle the issue that was very unprofessional and distasteful. I asked for a refund then they shipped the product the next day how ironic I want my money back in my accountInitial Complaint

Total amount spent $87.80 Wrong order was shipped completely different persons ordered received. Order # ****** been in contact for 4 months trying to resolve. Continuously being told that it is awaiting shipping for four months now I never receive any updates unless I reach out through email at this point that was a lot of money to spend on a Valentines Day gift. I was never able to give. I would like my money back and to be completely done with this business.Initial Complaint

Ordered product from companies website. Expected delivery December 22, 2023. As of today I have not received product and have reached out to the company via phone and email through their customer service website. Have not received any response to any of my requests. I am concerned this may not be a ligitimate company and am seeking help in locating someone to assist in finding my package or at least refunding my money. Not sure who else to contact as I do not live in Georgia and am unable to reach this company.Initial Complaint

Placed order on July 5, received the wrong order (someone else's order) on 07/25! (20 days later!!!) Also, never received the stand I ordered or paid for. Reached out to the company and requested a refund, they declined.Requested a re-order with escalated shipping and they stated they had escalated the re-shipment with their supplier. Inquired again on 07/27 & 07/28, no response.Later on 07/28, received a response stating "already awaiting shipment"Inquired again on 07/30, 07/31. and 08/01. Rec'vd the following response, "Apologies for the late revert", company provided tracking number.Reached out again today, on 08/03, and they provided me with the same tracking number they provided previously. Checked status and it still says "awaiting shipment".It's now been 7, almost 8 days since I was first told my order was "already waiting shipment". This is ridiculous! Poor customer service, poor communication. If this company continues to treat their customers this way, it will just be a matter of time before they are out of business.Finally today, fed up, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I do NOT recommend this company, BUYER BEWARE!!!Initial Complaint

On November 21, 2021, I placed an order (#******) for one Print Your Song Album ($39.99) and one desk stand ($12.99) with a total cost of $52.98. On November 29, 2021, I received an email stating my order was on the way via **** tracking **************************. Through my error, I inadvertently left off my apartment number so the package was being sent back to them. I emailed them ********************************** on December 4 informing them of my error. They replied back on December 4th informing me that my order will be reshipped as soon as they receive the returned item. On December 11th, I emailed to check to see if they received my returned item and when it would be reshipped. They responded on December 12th and informed me to wait a few more days for them to receive the returned shipment. I emailed them, on December 18th, stating that the item was returned back to the ********, ** post office on December 13th (I checked using the previous mentioned **** tracking number). They replied on December 18th that they will check with the fulfillment team and will get back to me once they receive an update.I emailed December 28th for an update. They reply December 29th still waiting for an update, give them a few more days. December 29th I tell them again that the package was returned to the ********, ** post office. December 30th they are still checking with the fulfillment department. January 10th I send another email it is a month later and still no inform or package. They reply January 10th, again wait a few more days. Got an email on January 19th stating my package was on hold for insufficient address, I replied back and provided the correct mailing address. I was informed they will give the info to their supplier to reship. On Jan 31, I was informed the package was reshipped on January 26th. I have asked for tracking information on Jan 31, Feb 7, Feb 21 - as of this writing no one has reached out to me - no tracking information and no packageInitial Complaint

On February 3, 2022, I ordered a plaque from Print Your Songs. It was supposed to have a picture of my husband and I along with our anniversary date of 2/8/22 and the song Forever After All. When I received my order on February 16, 2022, our picture was the only thing that was correct. Both the date and song were incorrect. I went into my orders, on their website, to make sure I didn't make a mistake and there was my correct order. I emailed them, at that exact moment about the mix up. I did not receive a response. So a week later on February 23, I emailed again. On their email section it says that someone will reply to me "within 24 hours". I heard nothing from that second email either. On February 25, I rated my purchase and gave them a bad review for not getting with me to resolve the issue of sending me an incorrect plaque. On February 26, I receive an email from them stating that they saw my rating but not my emails and that they were going to correct my plaque and send me a new one and would give me a new tracking number. I have heard nothing. No email, no tracking number. I sent another email on March 9 asking for an update and again nothing.
