RE: Windows Splattered with Pest Control Chemical, Exterior Pest Control Service.April 11, 2023, 8:30 a.m., a Terminix technician performed exterior pest control service at my residence. At approximately 9:30 a.m., as I went to look out of my window, I discovered there were streams of liquid pest control chemical that had dripped about halfway down the front window glass. Upon this discovery, I went outside and found that every exterior window glass of my home had streams of liquid on them. My patio door is a real mess, and you can barely see through it. Chemical was sprayed on the top of the door and through the burglar guards and screens directly onto the glass, leaving splattering and streams of liquid from top to bottom., and down to eye level on every window on my home. On April 20th, I received a call regarding my complaint from Mr. ********************** ************** Manager at Terminix, **************. ***** advised that he would refer the matter to his manager and would get back with me in the next 5 business days.During this conversation, ***** suggested sending the same technician back with some rags to clean off the residue; or, pay me and I could have windows cleaned myself. I advised that I did not wish to have the same technician back on my premises; send some else. As requested, I provided via Email, a copy of my Invoice for recent ************************ November 2022, $170.00, to get approval for Terminix to issue a check as a possible resolution for this problem via email-- ********************************** Thursday, May 4, 2023, 10:00 a.m., and Monday, May 15, 2023, Called ************** and left voicemails for callback. No response from ***** to date.I am referring this matter to you because I feel that I am getting the runaround. I need to come to some consensus on how to resolve this situation to get my windows cleaned. Your assistance in resolving this matter will greatly be appreciated.Initial Complaint

I have attached a document that outlines what has happened over the past year. It includes a timeline, names, and how much we have spent. The amount spent is not only what we have given Terminix but what we have had to pay other businesses, to correct their error. We did receive a partial refund, which has been included in the timeline, for work we were later told they could not have completed.Should Terminix want invoices, I will be happy to provide every invoice to date. If Terminix does reach out, I want it to be someone at a higher level than the local branch manager. I will not speak with anyone at our local branch, including ****.Initial Complaint

Terminix it is clear to me that you guys are not I'm the business of getting rid of roaches as they've been to my home several times sincerity summer and I still have ROACHES.. I own to homes . Ones is deep due to built out basement but I have managed to spend $ 48 and got rid of roaches there. I JUST WANT MY MONEY FOR ALL THE SERVICES I'VE PAID FORInitial Complaint

I recently had and still have a squirrel in my attic and hired Terminix, over other services, because of their brand and name, to come and fix the issue, which included exclusion, removing the squirrels, and sucking out the insulation to sanitize the attic. The first time they came out they sealed all the entrances to the house for the exclusion service, however they did not leave an outlet for the squirrels to leave. They also did not for a week they went crazy in the attic and I called 3 different times before they took a week to come out to put a one way door on the house which was huge and maybe one squirrel left.Because of the lack of communication and scheduling the next week another crew, from another company, showed up early without letting me know and spent the day trying to get the job done, but couldn't because of delays. It also was raining so they moved the machine to the carport and the house got filled with carbon monoxide. They couldn't finish the job the first day, but did **** up one squirrel and said there was another one up there.I then called because I wanted to get the insulation blown in and they came back on a Friday later that week to finish the job and blow in the insulation. They were two bags short and again left more trash in my driveway. They still have not comeback to finish it and haven't finished sanitizing the attic. I finally got them to come out this week to just put glue traps to catch a squirrel.I would like the insulation to be free and refunds on other services since they didn't communicate and still haven't finished the service.
