To whom it may concern,I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding my recent experience with your company. During the initial visit to my home, a representative from your company entered my premises and unfortunately, stole an item. I immediately reported this incident to the appropriate authorities and also contacted your company to inform them about the theft of my gun by your technician.Regrettably, despite my efforts to seek assistance and recover the stolen item, no one from your company has come forward to address the issue or provide any form of support. I was given assurances by a subsequent representative who visited my home that the matter would be looked into and that I would receive assistance, but to my disappointment, no one has reached out or provided any help in recovering the stolen item or compensating for the loss.Due to the seriousness of this incident, I have taken legal action against both the technician, *************************, and your company. If your company is not actively working to assist me in recovering the funds for the stolen items, I will proceed with pressing charges and seeking compensation through legal channels.

I canceled because the company claimed to have completed the services, but no one ever notified me that they were on-site, even after multiple attempts to contact the office. After the last claimed service, I reached out to corporate, but they evaded responsibility by telling me to contact the main office for confirmation. Despite waiting a month, neither the local office nor corporate called me back. The only callback I received was from billing, prompting me to pay to prevent my bill from going to collections. Beware of this company.

Salesman rang our doorbell despite a No Soliciting sign prominently displayed right next to front door. Claimed he sold services to a neighbor of ours. He began to give his pitch to my husband until I walked outside and mentioned the sign. They obviously are a disrespectful and rude company.

Ecoshield Pest Solutions sales-person knocked at my door for a quick $50 treatment without any further obligations. I liked the service for $50. Later on, the company sent me a bill of $150 instead of $50. I paid $150, but the company insisted that I must pay $150 for continuing service every other month. I stopped the service and the company sent me a bill of $200, for the remaining portion of the first service, which was $350 normally, the company said. I suspect this scheme is their way of making the initial sales and forcing the matter to this extent. I am retired and have no income but the social security payment. If I knew that it would cost me $150 each for the next 6 times, I would never started the service, simply because I just couldn't afford it. Sincerely, *****************

We had some EcoShield employees in our area this week and the ones trying to sell EcoShield were not wearing anything related to EcoShield nor did they have a marked vehicle. Who does that?!?! The man in my neighbor acted extremely sketchy to the point that I asked the sheriff's office to check him out. The salespeople were also extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. I will certainly not be using EcoShield!!!!

********************* came to my house and even when I told him I can't afford the bug service. He kept coming back. Finally he went to my neighbor and trashed me because I wouldn't purchase the product. I tried to tell him the lady he was talking to with all the kids would probably purchase the product then cancel after the spray and complain to get it free. If he comes back in the neighborhood I will call the authorities. No soliciting means what it states. He was very fake. He turned cold on me when I said I would think about it.

A salesman came to the door with the same tired story of "a neighbor uses us" claiming the neighbor was on vacation and he didn't want to "waste a trip to our neighborhood or waste the chemicals." He continued to stand on my porch for almost 15 minutes even after I REPEATEDLY told him that I had pest control service I was happy with, that I wasn't interested and I wouldn't be making any decision at that moment to use their services. Because my children were in the front yard playing, I could not just turn around and close the door.He continued by making claims to lower the price (never clearly stating what price he was lowering or changing the number up and down frequently). He made claims that he could rid my entire half acre plus yard of ants and NEVER HAVE ANTS again. This is Georgia, that's not going to happen.He made claims that ALL chemicals they used were safer/different/better than any chemical any other pest control would use (he has no clue whom we use). That all chemicals used were completely safe for pets and children to be on right away, etc. He continued by saying they could come back and service tomorrow if I just signed up tonight. Even after saying OVER and OVER again that I was not going to be signing anything, making any decisions tonight that it was not the right time (we had company, kids were out playing etc). I was about 30 seconds from flat out angrily demanding he step off my porch. I probably should have already done that about 5 times over. Even if I was remotely interested in switching to Ecoshield, his pressure tactics, outright lies and refusal to listen to my requests and statements that I was not interested guarantees it is a company I would never do business with. He then asked if my neighbor would be interested, I said no and he went there anyway. Sorry, neighbor. Reading all of the reviews and complaints after the fact is a great reinforcement of my decision. Too bad BBB reviews are not tied into *********** reviews.

Had a guy going door to door claiming to be doing work on a neighbors home which was a lie. Gave me a fake name and said it was on my street. He was doing the same thing with other neighbors using other street names.

They sent a technician to my house without me scheduling the service. They have done this several times before, I could not be there at the time they scheduled and they would not reschedule at a time when I would be at home, They informed me they had cancelled my contract and they are billing me for the remaining balance on my contract, The amount they are billing is for services they did not complete.. Their customer service reps are outside ***************** and very difficult to communicate with.I DO NOT RECOMMENd THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE,

I asked them not to send anyone to .my house but they sent them. I did this because I have complained about the guy not spraying only dropping solution on my floor. They're not spraying. Now they want to charge me for service I didn't ask for. Right now I want to cancel my service.
