      3 weeks ago i had him install a hot water tank and it still is not operational. he came back out today and tried to charge me an additional 300 dollars for a 50/50 shot at fixing the problem. when i told him he should fix it for free he told me not to contact him and blocked me

      We went out to his home to replace the water heater in January. He never told us that there was an issue with it. We went about 3 times and not once did he complain that it wasnt working. He even complimented us saying he loved our work. Last time we went out was yesterday 02/07/2024 but for his garbage disposal. He wasted our time because when we went out there and explained the issue and how to fix it he got irritated and insulted the crew that was onsite. We are professionals and always try to keep a good attitude towards clients but we do draw a line when someone insults us. Even though the plumber stayed calm and tried to explain to him everything and even offered to call the boss or me the secretary to better explain the issue and he refused. He was also texting the boss and insulted him as well, but we never blocked him. We did tell him to not contact us anymore because he began to insulte us. Ive attached a screenshot where I reached out to him through ******** because he posted something incorrect. The $300 more that we were charging was for the garbage disposal not the water heater.

      H.V. Plumbing did work on my sump pump and the work wasn't done right. The first problem was that they were to install a liberty pump but instead installed a wilo sump pump. I paid $280.00 for pipes to be adjusted for the liberty pump but that's not the pump they installed so, therefore, the pipes wasn't adjusted. The wilo pump after being installed stopped working so Choice Home Warranty contacted them and had them to come back out to correct the problem. They came back out and said they fixed the problem but didn't. After they told Choice Home Warranty that they had fixed the problem and the sump pump still wasn't working they then sent a different plumber out and that is how they found out that they had installed the wilo pump and not the liberty pump. They once again contacted them and had to come out to install the liberty pump and after they did it stopped working. Choice Home Warranty decided not to use them and had the second plumber that they used come back to install the sump pump and that is how they found out that the liberty pump they installed was either old or used. H.V. plumbing didn't do the work so they should have refunded my money. I contacted them about refunding the money and all i got was the runaround. I just want my money.

      HV Plumbing never uses old/used parts. We bought the liberty pump new at the ****** & ******* supply. I got the receipt and I will be attaching it here. Choice Home Warranty wanted us to install a Wilo Pump because of the price. The client was not okay with that and I spoke to Choice Home Warranty and fought for the client to have them approve a better one. We went back to put in a new Liberty Pump. There was another issue not related to the sump pump but Choice Home Warranty never paid us for the pump and we told them we would not go back until we got the payment. They never responded to us so we couldnt go back since they never answered. This was all explained the the client.

      I am rejecting this response because: That is not what  Choice Home Warranty said. They said that they paid you all for a liberty pump and you all put in a wilo pump which is what you said in your statement. The issue is that I paid to have pipes adjusted for a regular sump pump the same kind of pump that I already had so why did I have to pay for pipes to be adjusted. The old or used liberty pump came from Choice Home Warranty mouth. I have sent the invoice from Best 1 Plumbing the plumber that actually installed the liberty pump. Speak of invoices that is something that I didnt get from H.V.plumbing. I asked for one my daughter ***** asked for one and we was told that we would get one but never did. The Home Warranty is in my daughter April name because this is her house and I rent from her. April and Best 1 plumbing spoke to Choice Home Warranty but the money was paid  by me because its my apartment.

      Choice Home Warranty did not tell the truth. They gave a part of the approval and the client had to give the other part because that is what is in the contract between the client and Choice Home Warranty. The part the client gave was for the pump not the pipes since Choice never approved the pipes. The reason why the client did not get an invoice was because we do not send them through our page. Invoices for Choice were sent through a portal they set up for us. I couldnt log back in to see the invoice because they took us off of it. Choice did not pay for the clients work that was done & many more. That is why we couldnt go back. I spoke to Choice about this and they said they were going to take care of everything. If the client wants a refund they will need to take it up with Choice.

      Yes, youre right somebody is lying. Choice Home Warranty is not the one that said the $280.00 was for pipes to be adjusted H.V. Plumbing was. The Wilo pump was a cheap pump that I was told by Best 1 plumbing at the time was discontinued. As far as the invoice goes thats something that should have been given after service was completed. I got one from Best 1 plumbing after they completed their service. If they wasnt to install a liberty pump in the beginning then why did they come and install one after Choice found out that they didnt install a liberty pump and thats what they had paid them for. Choice Home Warranty was very upset when they found out that they paid them to get a liberty pump and they installed the Wilo pump instead. Im enclosing the business card for Best 1 plumbing so you can call or send an email to ************ because hes the plumber that Choice sent out to do the job after H. V. Plumbing didnt. I just want at least half of my money back because when I paid that I was told by H.V. Plumbing that it was for pipes to be adjusted.
