  ****** the project manager is an amazing guy without him we wouldn't have a new roof. He was the one who personally reached out to us after a year or so when we didn't have enough damage. He made sure to let us know our insurance company was one of the harder companies to approve full roof replacement before they filed a claim for us. Fortunately, with their complimentary adjuster service our roof was approved for a full replacement after thorough inspection for damages.Overall amazing experience and new roof looks perfect. Highly efficient and experienced team. Whole roof replacement + cleanup was finished within 6hours. ****** was so communicative through the whole process if something came up he let us know promptly texting me and the whole company and adjuster service were a pleasure to work with. If you need a high quality new roof and want to sit back and do nothing I would highly recommend High Quality Roofing LLC. All we had to do was sign papers, adjuster came to inspect, then schedule the replacement after approval. No back and forth with insurance company. Our only time that had to deal with the insurance company was literally just reading the email they sent us letting us know it was approved. EVERYTHING was done for us behind the scenes. A+++

  I had an amazing experience with High Quality Roofing! Jinmy went the extra mile to answer my questions and resolve the issues with my roof. I was very impressed with the level of service I received, friendly and efficient from the beginning to the end.   I recently worked with High-Quality Roofing, and my experience was great. From the beginning until the completion of work, they were professional, showed expertise, and were concerned for quality, much above my expectations.They began with an in-depth inspection, followed by a very detailed estimate. They took the time to explain every phase of the project; I knew the type of work required and what its cost would be. I just knew they were people I could deal with-they were straightforward.Once the project started, the crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left the worksite clean and organized. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it is obvious they take great pride in their craft.   My experience with High Quality Roofing was great. During heavy storm my roof started leaking from the roof to the basement. One phone call and everything was completed within very short time. Roof fixed, ceiling painted. I would never call anyone else. Thank you !
