      I purchased an electronic message center (LED sign) from United Signs for our medical office building. The total investment was near $25,000. The entire experience with United has been a frustrating one. From the onset, United has demonstrated what a disorganized and unprofessional organization looks like. My original account **** ******************** was uncommunicative. I had to pursue every scrap of information. I found out after my sign was finally installed that he had been terminated because of his ongoing poor performance. The sign was presented as a highly customizable electronic device that can be programmed and updated from one's computer. Unfortunately for me, the "expert" installation team could not get their sign to adequately send a signal to my building 40 feet away from the sign. I would literally have to stand within a foot of the sign to get its signal. My IT guy was able to fix the problem in a few hours. He couldn't understand why the expert sign installers couldn't figure it out. Part of my expert installation team was ******************** the owner of United Signs. My first interaction with ***** was when I called in to their office for the fifth or sixth time wanting to know why they could never see fit to getting around to my installation. His response was, "I don't have time for this crap". This is his sentiment to someone who is spending $25,000 with his company. To his credit, he did later apologize but this initial response is consistent with the overall "we don't care" mentality. My sign has also had a faulty panel since the time of its install last July. I have been blown off about this issue. Finally, their expert tech, ******, came out to fix it. He changed a cable apparently but didn't take the time to look and see that the panel was still failing. He just left and said it was fixed. I texted him a day or two later showing him that it wasn't fixed. He promised to come back out and fix it. That hasn't happened. Now they will get around to eventually!

      Date of transaction started Nov 30, 2021, the amount of money spent was $30,697.70, a digital sign for my commercial office space and the job has not been 100% completed and they have been paid in full. The dispute includes paying a company a substantial amount of money and the project not being completed, as they promised. The business has yet to complete the work, the invoice number is INV-****.

      This company sold ***************** an electronic sign in 2017. In January of *************************************************************************** the sign. They sent a repair tech who replaced several parts that did not correct the problem. When United was called after the initial repair visit they sent another repair tech who reported that the sign was damaged beyond repair and would have to be replaced. We called our Insurance carrier who sent a tech out to inspect the damage. He reported that he could find no damage, only a software problem and provided a written report. In response to the report United Sign noted in his report that if it was a software problem that they could take care of that. When United was asked about making the update they now say that they no longer carry that product and have no way to repair the problem. Because of United Signs negligence, ***************** has experienced a considerable loss in ticket sales. United Sign has made it very clear that they will do nothing to help resolve the problem leaving *********** with no marquee.
