              On 5/11/2022 ********* Tree Svc was cutting trees down at the property next door to me on ***************. The tree fell in my yard on top of my my fence. They agreed to pay for repairs which is $775.00 I spoke with the owner of Omar ********************** and he stated that he has the pics and would pay for the repairs and the ******* also, told the police that arrived at my home that they would pay, which is in the police report along with the video and pics. As of yet, my contractor and myself have not been able to contact them by email or certified mail. If they do not pay my contractor I will file a civil suit against them to get my money back for the repairs.
