We purchased the car February 28th of this year pay cash in full for this vehicle since then have not received no title or tag for this car have contacted the dealership several times and never have received anything as far as it goes when the temporary tag expired first she said the only way to get another temporary tag is to put it into someone's name that I trusted which I put in my husband's name June 17th that tag expired still have not received no title or tag for this DMV knows nothing of the situation plus nothing has been registered as far as in my name or my husband's name the dealership will not call me back so I have no idea what is going on with my car at this point I just want the title so I can get tagged for this card to get me to and from my job it's my only form of transportation I just won't answerInitial Complaint

El da 03/03/2024 compr a German Eye a travs de marketplace automotive group una camioneta **** escape ao 2014. Pagu el trmite de la placa, me dijeron que en 2 semanas enviarian, hasta el da de la fecha, 06/22/2024, no tengo respuestas, llamo por telfono y no me atienden, voy a la direccin que figura y es un depsito. I bought a used car from these guys back on 2/26/24 and of paid them the title AD valorem, dealer service fees and tag and title fees. Well, fast forward to today 6/23/24, almost 4 months later and the registration is still not completed. Ive messaged these guys multiple times and every time they say that they still are not in a position to complete the registration at this time. I am blown away at the level of unprofessionalism that they have shown over the past 4 months. Definitely a buyer beware scenario! Hopefully you do your research and do not buy a car from these guys unless you want to get scammed out of hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars.Initial Complaint

Upon purchasing a vehicle from German Eye Auto, I encountered an issue wherein the check engine light illuminated merely five minutes before reaching home. Subsequently, I contacted them the following day, given the occurrence transpired after business hours, to address the situation. Shockingly, it came to light that the vehicle was devoid of proper emissions, indicating a lapse in their selling practices and it is unlawful to sell a car without emissions in the state of **. In response, I promptly requested a refund.Upon visiting their office to resolve the matter, I was instructed to wait, only to find that they had discreetly exited through the rear exit, leaving me unattended and without resolution. Left with no alternative, I bore the financial burden of replacing the catalytic converter out of pocket to ensure compliance with emissions regulations.Furthermore, when it came time to obtain my vehicle's tag, their failure to finalize paper work resulted in a lapse, necessitating an extension from *************. Despite this extension, they still failed to complete the necessary documentation, informing me that they would mail the title while refusing to refund the taxes already paid. Consequently, I found myself in the position of paying ad valorem taxes twice, amounting to a significant financial loss of an additional two thousand dollars.The conduct displayed by German Eye Auto and individuals at this establishment was wholly unprofessional and fell below acceptable standards of business practice.BUYER BEWARE!!Initial Complaint

I was sold a vehicle from a guy on ******** Marketplace and before buying the vehicle I asked several questions because there was damage on the vehicle as if it was in an accident. He advised me that the title was clean and there was no major damage to the vehicle which is a lie. I recently found out that it is a salvaged vehicle. As soon as I pulled after purchasing the vehicle a bunch of lights start going off. One of the many issues was a hose that he taped together. He advised me if I bought the hose I could come back the next day and he would put it on for free. The next day he never answered his phone and was not at his business when I got there. I havent heard from him since. I had to take it to a shop to have it fixed. My main concern is that I paid in full for the vehicle and an additional cost for the vehicle to be registered in my name. I also was charged for a tag and title and havent received anything yet. This guy doesnt answer my calls and he is never at the business location. He also is no longer active on ******** Marketplace. I am requesting for this guy to reimburse me for the fee I have to pay for my vehicle registration, tag and title.Initial Complaint

I have bought a used car from Germaneye automotive group in February. 02/26/24. And I cant get it registered because they have not put the information in to the computer. Thats what the ********** is saying. It has been almost 3 months and I am unable to get in touch with them. I cant drive the car because I cant get a tag or another temporary tag. So now what? Someone has to take the initiative to do something. I need to drive my car.
