This company took a $500 deposit on a truck they knew they could not finance. Then when the young man couldnt get the loan they laughed and said its non refundable. To make matters worse his house had burnt down and his only means of transportation was destroyed. These dirtbags took $500 from a young husband and wife 6 days before Christmas.Review from Drew W

Initially, service was excellent (test drive, communication). Prior to our transaction, I asked if there was "anything wrong with the vehicle that I should know about?" They printed off a CarFax report. Once the transaction was complete (me handing over a cashier's check), the agent said "oh, there's a problem" with the car. "You can just do this and it wouldn't cost much."My check engine light came on within 4 days and they told me to file a claim. The warranty company referred me back to NMS. The whole ping-pong thing was a nightmare and an inconvenience - costing me a couple extra thousand.I won't do that again.

It appears ****************** purchased a 2010 Altima which is a 12 year old vehicle on 04/12/22 . We do allow customers to take the vehicles to a mechanic of their choice before purchase. Our cars are sold as is with no warranty at Norcross Motorsports, LLC so the representative would refer ****************** to the **************** to file a claim but we are not sure what the out come is on claims through a 3rd party **************** that is between them and their customers. I would suggest ****************** needs to file the Complaint with BBB on the ****************. When we sold the vehicle there were no check engine lights on and we have no way of knowing if a light will come on after the car leaves our facility. I would suggest ****************** do a pre-purchase inspection on his next vehicle but that does not guarantee there will be no problems on a used vehicle.
