    Started working for them, but after 3 days of training i quit. So much computer, web sites, etc. I was told the pay was $11.50 and hour. Not a lot but it was work from home. Save wear and tear on car, gas, etc.I got my pay for the 3 days and it was listed as $7.25 an hour. Was not told this or was it in if the paperwork that I read. What can be done?

    ACS is the insurance carrier for our order placed through OFFICE DEPOT. We purchased a shredder online via Office Depot; opting into their warranty program offered through ACS. Once the shredder became inoperable, we filed our claim with ACS. The claim was filed November 20, 2023. ******* advised us the new order was placed and we should receive our replacement in 7-10 days. After waiting for ONE MONTH, we reached out to them again and was advised the shredder had been backordered and not shipped after all. THREE MONTHS later, we still have NO REPLACEMENT and cannot get a call back from the company regarding the situation.

    Refund for 2 defective recliners I received from Grand Patio and a call tag to pick up the chairs I have been storing on my patio for over a week. The number on the website is **************. After I was having an issue with my products did i find out the email address and physical address is in *****, The website is very misleading. It leads you to believe that it's a collaboration of small businesses in the US.1-800acs is acting on the company's behalf so they should be able to help me with my issue. i have only been getting the run around.     On June 12th, 2023, a ***** delivery driver left a very heavy package at my front door. The package was addressed to me so I had someone help me drag it just inside the door since I could not lift it. Inside, I found the bottom part of what appears to be a medical lift chair. This is not something I was expecting, and it is of no use to me whatsoever.We rolled it back inside the box as best we could, where it now remains, occupying a large span of floor-space in the middle of the living room. I am not able to re-package this or transport it anywhere due to my back/spine/nephropathy issues.I need this package and it's contents removed from my rental property immediately and at no cost or inconvenience to me.

    I requested a part that was under warranty for a log splinter I purchased. I was told by their representative that the part would be shipped on 2/28/2023. Not only have I not received it, but they will not respond to any of my emails and their telephone number is out of service. Please see the last email I received from ACS.

    I purchased a Newport Steel Cushioned Stationary Rocker from ********* The box came looking like it had been through a war - I opened the box and one of the bags that contain parts to assemble the furniture was ripped and its contents loose in the box - and one of them was missing. Unfortunately it is a critical part for the stability and safety of the chair. I assembled one and called today as directed by the directions, and gave them the stock #BHS136157386006 and the part that I was missing (iron sheet) and I was told that the part is out of order and there in no information on when it will be available. The chair is now totally unusable - the customer service rep told me that I could disassemble the one that I put together and ******** and return it to ******** I do not have the ability to do any of that. This is the worst company - the worst product and I am now stuck with 1 chair and a bunch of useless parts to another - not what I paid for.
