I ordered a braided wig from a site name dk glam hair. The owner name is *****************************. When i received the wig it look nothing like the advertised picture on the website. I then emailed the owner and specified how displeased I was with the wig. I expressed how it was poorly done. She then replied back can I see picture and that it makes a difference if the lace wig is installed. I sent pictures and responded that it had been installed. I was still very displeased. I stated the spaces were to wide, the cape in the back was black which would be very visually. I purchased the wig because I suffer from alopecia and discoid lupus in my head which makes my scalp very sensitive. So i wanted to try something that I wouldn't have to do much to for a while. I told her with how it's made I wouldn't be able to put in up in a bun as shown on her website with this particular wig. If I did you would be able to see the wide spaces and the black stocking cap. She email back and say something about it wasn't her vendors fault whatever that meant. She said I hate you weren't pleased. I am to please and satisfy all of my customers. This was the 1st time I purchase a wig from her site. She said we will look into it and get back with you. Then emailed again and said she could give me a partial refund. I was fine with that. She was quite offended. I told her if I your in the wrong why be offended or happens in this profession. I them told her I was going to take it further if she didn't solve the issue. She responded no weapon formed against me l and that she didn't have to refund me. She also day this is my last time emailing you. So now she's not responding and I still have not received my refund. She's very very unprofessional, rude as a business woman. I would never ever purchase from her again. She's not showing any concern. It's sad and I don't have money wasted cash for nothing do anything.Business response

Thank you BBB for taking the time to speak with me. Thank you ****** for addressing your concern with us. We have previously contacted our vendor to express your concern regarding the wig. We at DK Glam Hair have apologize and offered a partial refund before now. In our policy, it does mention we dont offer refunds or exchanges. We want to make an exception for you being that you wore the wig we cannot except this item as a return or offer a full refund. We do understand the hair industry across the nation and we cant resell any used items. The lace was cut and glue was applied. We have been patient, kind and responded to all emails including threats and complaints against our business even after we offered you a partial refund. We do know that 99% of DK Glam Hair customers have been satisfied and this is the first time since we started this business a customer wore a wig and was dissatisfied. We always strive for the ********************** Please accept our apology and the partial refund.Customer response
