Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Atl Bed Swing, LLC regarding an unacceptable delay in the delivery of patio covers that I ordered on June 17th, 2024. I placed this order with the understanding that the estimated delivery timeframe for install would be June 26th. *****************************. Among communicating with *******, she stated that ***** has caused a delay. I reached back out to her a week later for her to stat that it has not been delivered yet. ******* stated that her tracking information showed that the covers would be delivered on July 5th and she would install them on July 8th. She did not communicate with me that the covers did not show up. I asked her 3 different times for a tracking number with tracking information. Unfortunately, it has now been over three weeks and I have yet to receive my patio covers.This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I had intended to use the patio covers for a summer party that she is aware of. Despite multiple follow-up attempts with Atl Bed Swing, LLC on every couple of weeks, I have not received any satisfactory response or a revised delivery schedule. ******* has responded to my text messages but has not confirmed when the covers would be coming in. The details of my order are as follows:Order Number: 772 Date of Order: June 17th Promised Delivery Date: June 26th Amount Paid: ******* I am seeking the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter. I request an immediate update on the status of my order, a revised delivery date, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay. If the patio covers cannot be delivered promptly, I expect a partial refund.Enclosed are copies of my order confirmation, correspondence with the company, and any other relevant documents for your reference.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
