            Incredible Installations is a sub contractor for Lowes who installs kitchen cabinets. Installer disconnected my dishwasher to install new cabinets. When he reconnected my two year old dishwasher, which is hardwired, he reconnected improperly and then lied to his boss and told him he ran two cycles on the dishwasher before leaving. He ran on rinse cycle for about 5 mins before saying it was all good. Upon trying to run a full cycle a smell like wires burning began emanating from the appliance. If it had continued to run it would have started an electrical fire. Because the installer has lied to his boss and also stated we have an old dishwasher they will not come out and fix the problem they created leaving us to have to spend money out of our pocket to get someone to come connect it properly. There were zero issues with the dishwasher before it was disconnected.

            This is one of the most terrible businesses I have ever been associated with. Incredible Installations was contracted to replace all the windows in my house after I purchased the windows from ******. ($34000.00 worth of windows.) Because one of my windows is large and really heavy, it will require extra manpower to lift it and install it. (Only 1 of my windows is large. The others are normal size.) It has been MONTHS and my windows are sitting in the warehouse at ****** and have not been installed because Incredible Installations will not fulfill their contract. It will be a miracle if they are not damaged in storage. I have always lived by the rule that you do not fully pay a contractor until the job is satisfactorily done, but ****** required FULL payment to even order the windows. ****** is as much at fault as the installer. I have tried to reach Incredible Installations as has my wife and all we get in return is crickets. You can never talk to a PERSON there. ****** has seriously damaged their reputation with me because of this event. They should never allow this installer to work for them again. I have spoken to managers at ****** and NOTHING has happened. They cannot get Incredible Installations to respond either. I may have to resort to legal action to get my windows installed. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTALLER, AND THINK VERY SERIOUSLY BEFORE YOU TRUST ****** TO DO YOUR PROJECT. ****** judgement is seriously flawed because they use this company which should not have any licenses.
