He was very informative of what service and parts were needed to get my built-in refrigerator working again. Wonderful company all around. ********* is top notch, had us scheduled for service and then repair just a couple weeks after. ****** is polite and extremely great at what he does. *** has always lived up to his name and its good to see staff following suit!Review from David K

Wow! Integrity Factory Service couldn't have been more wonderful to work with in repairing our freezer. There was some serious detective work required in order to pin point the unknown sound our freezer was making when the freezer booted up each time. **** ***** was the BEST EVER in tracking down the freezer defect. The repair part was backordered due to COVID and when it finally arrived, **** immediately came to expertly install it. We couldn't be happier with the whole repair process and will be using Integrity Factory Repair Service for any future repair needs THANK YOU!!!Review from Barrie Kelley

Integrity Factory Service has provided us with fabulous repair service for our freezer. Ordered parts that were backordered during COVID took many months to arrive. Integrity periodically called to keep us informed about the status of the repair parts on backorder. **** ***** was our service representative and he has provided us with superb, caring service. Our freezer is now working perfectly. Thank you Integrity Factory Service for all!!!!!
