I paid Photos of Merritt $175.00 to take newborn photos of my son. It has been over a month now with no sign of the photos. I have sent several messages to Ms. Merritt on the status and received no response. My mother has also tried to contact her through ********, email, and phone and received no response. I would like to have these photos or at least my money back. Unfortunately, I will not be able to have newborn photos taken again as my son is now over a month old.Business response

It is stated on my website that images will be delivered within 3-6 weeks possibly longer during busy seasons and holidays. I also posted a public announcement that my computer and internet was hit by lightning and editing would take longer. While my internet was down I never received their messages. My new internet box arrived and the images are currently uploading into a digital link now, and are scheduled to be delivered in 48 hours. They have filed for a refund with ****** so I will not be releasing the photos until the refund request has been denied.Customer response

I have reversed the refund request and am patiently awaiting our photos. Also, I do appreciate you responding to my other family members messages since you were unable to view mine.Customer response
