Steer clear of this contractor! And if you ever see him in your neighborhood.. CALL THE POLICE! He's a professional thief! In March/April 2024 I saw Mr. ******************** (by the way his payment apps spell his name differently too - Iturve) working on a driveway at a nearby home. I stopped and asked if he did masonry work as we need brick added to our Tuff Shed. He confirmed he does. We spoke about a week later when I called and he came by to look at the project. He gives you a story about his 'integrity' and 'good name of his business'. Well that's a scam too! We agreed upon a price which was very good for material and labor, promised a date and time to start but never came, all after paying him $1000. Now he won't return phone calls and only occasionally text back with false start dates and times. My husband called from his phone and with a new number he answered, but still reneged on his promise to come do the work. Then he texts with sob stories about his family and asking for personal monetary help. He's taken our money and never has come to do any of the work. Now we have to find a REAL masonry contractor to do the work. We simply want our money back. I hope BBB or the authorities can find him, and we have our day in small claims court.Initial Complaint

****** installed a new sidewalk and the removal of the old sidewalk debris was not included. After he got done and paid, he offered to remove and dispose of the old sidewalk for $150 on 12/25/23. It is over 10 days later. and still not done. I paid him up front for this. He has promised almost daily to remove it. He will not answer his phone, mailbox is full, and on occasion replies to the texts. I don't want promises- I need this out of my yard so I am going to have to pay someone else now. I am writing to complain about a concrete contractor named *******************, Iturbes Concrete. On June 1, 2023, I agreed to have a concrete slab installed in my backyard for a total cost of $3,700. I made payments of $1,000 on June 1, $500 on June 3, and $500 on June 5. However, the service was not completed, and ******************* has not responded to my text or phone calls.I have tried to contact ******************* on multiple occasions to inquire about the status of the project. I have left voicemails, sent multiple text messages. However, I have not received any response advising the day Mr. ****** would complete the project.I am requesting a refund of the money that I have paid, minus a fee for the removal of the original slab, for a total of $1500.
