      I ordered from this company and the items came damaged and they are very rude I'm trying to send them back but they are giving me a hard time

      Thank you for informing us of this customer's complaint to the ********************. His statement that we are "giving him a hard time" is not true. We have told the customer that we need him to return the product that he alleges is defective to us in order for us to be able to issue a refund to PayPal. Thus far he has refused to do so and has berated our staff with a continuing stream of profanity. We will no longer respond to his abusive messages, but we will refund him when the headsets are returned and we can confirm that they are defective.

      This customer's allegation that we have refused to help him is not true. We have told him several times that when the headsets are returned to our ******* facility they will be inspected and if they are in new condition a full refund will be issued. Our requests have generally been responded to with profanity. The headsets arrived in Georgia today and we are processing a full refund to PayPal for the return. Our business dealings with this customer are concluded.

      In May of 2021, I ordered a helmet from Aircraft ************************************************ I paid $578.45 which included expedited shipping. After ten months of being lied to and put off, I cancelled my order. The company has assured me that I will receive my refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. In other words, they are keeping their commission without honouring the sale. I have waited a month so far, and still have not received my refund. I am getting put off and lied to just as before.

      I have informed the customer that we have refunded him in full for the deposit he made on the cancelled order and apologized for the delay. This matter should be fully resolved at this time.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is probably the best I can hope for. The company still kept appriximately 8.5 percent for doing absolutely nothing.
