We had an amazing experience with AmeriFreight. After having contacted several companies and struggling to get some answers, I contacted AmeriFreight and *** took the time to explain how the system works from A to Z. She answer all my questions and was very honest and professional. I decided to go with them, and way earlier than expected, ***** told me that there was a truck available to pick up the car! That same night the car was loaded and delivered 3 days later. Everything was very transparent and the process went so smooth. **************** was excellent! They were available all the time. AmeriFreight wrote quote to move a ********** from ********* ** to ******* IN. The number looked great, pickup the car. The day of dispatch, the quote increased $435;I waved AmeriFreight off the pickup........$800 to move a car 300 miles?I Contacted another carrier about pickup, they advised me that SOMEONE had picked up the **** 7/17/24? I NEVER completed any authorization. Then the sales manager stated my wife OK'd the deal? WHAT, my wife NEVER said a word, she thought the original $350 contract was still in place. I never signed anything, now the **** is missing, no contact with AmeriFreight, police have been notified the **** is STOLEN! Awaiting on 7/19/24 for police reports from ********* and North **************** as to who authorized the pickup of my vehicle? This wasn't a contract dispute since Amerifreight never had a legitimate one, this was Interstate Grand Theft Auto!Review from Travis G

Order ********. They found a shipper to transport my motorcycle cross country. Amerifreight is a somewhat reputable business (there are many 1 star companies, and some like Montway that are more premium), but I lowered my rating to 2/5 because they still use two tricks: a) Initial quote is a bait and switch, 30 percent lower than a realistic market price (which many if not most lower tier shipping brokers do) b) as soon as I had paid and accepted shipper all my calls (to Amerifreight over concerns shipper doesn't really have a truck ready) go straight to voicemail without ringing. I was lucky shipper turned out to be legit because Amerifreight programs phone number to be screened once you have paid.AmeriFreight Car Transport Response

There are a lot of scammers out there. We were scammed before we completed the process with AmeriFreight. AmeriFreight helped us through the whole process. ******* explained everything very well and was very honest. When we didn't get an offer from a carrier to ship she suggested we change the destination by about 70 miles. ***** that we had offers right away. Once we accepted an offer the carrier was on time, communicated very well and delivered a day early. The car was in great shape. Poor customer service. Stopped responding once they got paid. Had issues with car shipment, messaged them multiple times but they stopped responding, assuming since they were already paid.
