We met with *********************** on 11/4/2021 We were told it would be 6 to 8 Weeks for the shutters. On 11/18 I had to email to get any response when the weeks passed and no communication. On 1/25 I received a text responding to my text about delays, That They would ship 2/9 Then I got an email that they would ship 2/25. And email yesterday said 3/3...I called the owner *********************** yesterday and he said he would call me today. NO call. I called him and said I wanted a refund since he had no idea when I would have an installation date. He said that was not going to happen and he hung up on me. I just want a refund of $3,100 I gave as the deposit. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks! *******************************Business response
