      Hello basically I ordered a new roof for my golf cart when it arrived. It was cracked in half. I reached out to this company and they stated that I signed a form with the delivery driver stating that the item was intact. However, when I read the form it just Confirms Delivery. It doesnt have any consent to inspection of the goods. This roof was wrapped in a basic cardboard box, which cannot protect a delicate golf cart roof, which could be easily damaged during shipping. I have ordered many products in the past and typically they are protected with a wood type boxing with padded inserts around the product. No matter what I told the representative over there she continued to claim that everything was my fault. I saved up over three months for this roof and now I get this this is not reasonable and needs to be addressed, I would like a full refund and I would like an apology from this individual before I remove all social media posts. And I would like to BBB to make sure they understand that this is not the way to deal with clients.

      Customer was given a full refund. ******** also stated that he took apart the roof so he can fix it and still use it. So basically wanting a golf cart roof for free. Customer stated that once a refund was issued, he would rescind all negative posts. Obviously that was not the case. If you ****** this customers name, even here on ********************, clearly you can see the fraud involved with this individual. BEWARE of this person.

      The item that they sent for my golf cart was heavily damaged. When I reached out to the representative over there, she was very rude and hard to get along with the golf cart roof that I ordered was Not crated. It was simply stuffed into a cardboard box . Typically a item thats just fragile. Will be set in a wooden crate, and also protected with padding. I want a new roof sent to me and a refund For all the inconvenience, Ive been going through with this company.

      I honestly thought this case was closed. We do not get the mail here at this location. When a customer orders a roof, I personally call them and explain in detail that the roof must be inspected prior to signing for it. This comes directly from the freight company to relay to the customers. As you can see in the attachments I was very professional. He signed for the roof, then inspected it. This customer still has the damaged roof, he told me he had people taking it apart to fix it. This customer also has been refunded fully. Meaning he still has the candy canes and front brackets and the roof. Look, we have been shipping roofs for over 8 years. We have these boxes specifically made and aprroved for freight shipments. I would just like to be done with this issue. Customer needs to send back all of our parts as he does already have his refund.

      Please note: this customer purchased item with us through Amazon on 12/3/22. The first message ever received from customer was 05/06/23. This is all recorded on Amazon. I replied that we would need images. Then I stated that the order was over 30 days. Then a month later, 6/8/23, I received another message in all caps stating they demanded a return label. Then I offered for them to return item and we would refund minus restocking fee, even though this order was over 30 days old. Then things took a turn. Please see all attached documents.

      NOOOOOOOOO RETURN TIMELINE IS STATED NO ONE IS HOSTILE THEIR RUDE THEYVE BEEN RUDE SINCE THE MOMENT WE SPOKE THEY AGREED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF BRAND NEW MERCH NEVER USED PERIOD AND THEN DECIDED TO PLAY GAMES KNOWING FULL WELL THE **** WAS SHIPPED BACK WITH US PAYING FOR SHIPPING VIA *** AND COMMITTING FRAUD WE HAVE CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT. They have had the merchandise in their possession for over two weeks refusing to provide a refund is committing fraud. If they dont wanna pay for a refund, then they can ship the item and the merchandise back to us they will not be allowed to keep the merchandise that is fraudulent.. 

       

      Just do the right thing as a third-party seller and merchant honestly, is it that hard? Morals, ethics and values as a business if your family owned come correct. Period 

      There are consequences for scrupulous business practices. This is why customers end up, leaving poor reviews online and explaining to other customers what to avoid..
