CertaPro was contacted by ******************************* to provide exterior paint services to her home located at *************. located in ******** *******. ******* was provided with an estimate and proceeded to book an appointment to begin work. ******* received a quote of $6531.18 from CertaPro. On Sunday 12/19/2021 a contractor employed with CertPro arrived to begin pressure washing the residence. After experincing issues in the home the customer went outside to see if her water supply was being used to pressure wash the home. ******* **** a text to a CertaPro employee asking for a call on Monday to discuss. Shortly afterwards franchise owner **** called to say that yes there would be an increase in your water **** in additional to the over $6K for for your exterior paint. He then proceeded to advise the cost involved if his company had to purchase or rent a portable water tank. ******* stated that she needed to talk the matter over with a family member and would call back. **** became agitated and stated that he would go ahead a cancel the service and immediately called the employee pressure washing to stop halfway thru the project and leave the site. Ring door **** conversation recorded can be used as proof. On Monday ******* was emailed a billing statement in the amount of $867.56 for pressure washing and paint ordered by CertaPro. ***************** policy states that a job site manager would be there to answer any questions and no one was onsite except the pressure washer. After responding to the invoice email ******* was informed that a few items from the invoice had been used on another paint project. Please submit company policy that customer is responsible to paint supplies if CertraPro chooses to cancel a job at any given time if customer asks to many questions. CertraPro requested payment for paint for a job franchise owner cancelled and later **** a email stating that several products had been used for another project and did not inform customer.
