    This company is ripping people off by NOT SHOWING A WALK THRU BEFORE AND AFTER SO THEIR RENTERS CANT GET THEIR DEPOSITS BACK!! THEY GAVE ME AN APARTMENT WITH ***** DAMAGED AND PAINTED 2 DIFFERENT COLORS OF WHITE A CHEAP BROKEN WINDOW BLIND I NOTICED IT BUT I DECIDED TO KEEP THE APARTMENT ANYWAY CAUSE I NEEDED A PLACE FAST AND BECAUSE I KNEW I WASN'T STAYING PASS 1 YR SO I SIGNED THE ***** NOW THE ***** IS UP I WAS TOLD BY ********************* AFTER SHE DID THE FINAL WALK THRU. And said THE APARTMENT WAS CLEANER THAN IT EVER BEEN! BUT 3 WEEKS LATER ****** SENDS ME A LETTER SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO KEEP MY ******* DEPOSIT PLUS I OWE ****** SHE IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME ******* FOR PAINTING $1200 $50 AIR FILTER $50 FOR 1 CHEAP WINDOW BLIND THAT WAS ALREADY BROKE! $1200!! For PAINTING!!! IT WASNT freshly PAINTED WHEN I MOVED IT AND THE WINDOW BLIND WAS BROKE PLUS THE STEP IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT WAS LOSE I FELL AND THEY HAD TO FIX IT! THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND REMOVING YOU OUT OF Their PORTAL QUICKLY SO YOU CANT PUT A REVIEW BUT I WANT MY DEPOSIT OF 1300 BACK!! CAUSE THE APARTMENT ***** DAMAGE AND PAINT ISSUES WAS ALREADY THERE WHEN I MOVED IN AS WELL AS THE WINDOW BLIND BROKE AND ITS STILL BROKE I TRIED TO GO BACK AND SEE IF THE ***** WERE PAINTED BUT ITS ALREADY *****D OUT BUT THE BLIND IS STILL BROKEN SO THAT LETS YOU KNOW IF THE BROKEN BLIND STILL THERE THE APARTMENT Wasn't PAINTED EITHER the new people that's in the apartment now told me the walls still are discolored SO THEY DIDN'T REPAIR OR REPLACE ANYTHING BEFORE THEY RE-Rented the apartment

    Signed and completed a year lease only to get cheated out of my security deposit. Falcon Property Management does not offer a checklist so you cannot notate any discrepancies. Once you move, they keep your security deposit and invent repairs in which to keep your deposit. No receipts to prove the repairs, just a summary keeping your money and then some. They charged me $50 for a broken blind. I went by said property yesterday. They have new tenants, and that $50 blind is still broken. The unsuspecting new tenants will get charged again for something they did not break because they offer no check list before or after.Built in 1983, and it shows. No upgraded appliances and no step to the door. Of which, 2 people almost broke their ankles trying to come in. Do not rent from these people. They lack integrity.
