Date of Purchase: 12/05/23 Place of *************************** Supply Quantity 1 Part Number SBL30A50GY Hello-This was ordered through ***************** on 12/5/23. It took more than a month for it to arrive.We have followed all included instructions re: allowing the fixture to charge, facing South, angling it, etc. Nothing works and this fixture will not power up at all.Please advise with next steps. We no longer have the box, otherwise I would return this and get my money back. Highly disappointed; should not be this complicated.*****,Thank you for your recent request for assistance.**************** is one of our distributors.You will have to file the claim with **************** for either a refund or an exchange.Unfortunately, I only handle the retail stores like *********** Lowes, Amazon and can't process the claim.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Thank you and have a great day.Thank you for the reply. As I explained, I cannot return this item to Crescent. We no longer have the box (they require it). And since it took longer than 30 days to receive the item after ordering, I am now past the return window according to their policy.I would really like for Cooper Lighting to take responsibility for their faulty product. I paid almost $100 for a useless piece of plastic, and find that unacceptable for a new, non-working item.Is there someone else, another department there that can handle this for me?Need the manufacturer to repair or replace this non-working light fixture. Cannot return to the place of purchase.
