We had a problem with our dryer for a long time. Took 4 - 6 hours to dry clothes. Finally we got a new dryer. And then the new dryer stopped working after one cycle and showed up arrow D90. We called two companies and none could fix the problem. We paid for the service call and the cleaning with both companies. My friend recommended MMI home improvement. 3 employeers came to my house to look at my dryer. All three employees know what they were doing and look very professional. You can see from the beginning this was a great company. They find our dryer line was all flexible lines something the other companies didn't see. It took them 3 hours to replace all the lines to the right lines that should be used. Also they repaired our cap on our roof. You could differently see this is a professional company that knows what they are doing. After they came to my house my dryer has never worked better. You should differently use this company.MMI home improvement deserves 5 stars. You get what you paid for.

I was referred to ********************************************* Vent Cleaning to have my air ducts cleaned by their partner company, MMI Appliance and Refrigeration Repair. ***** and **** arrived to clean the vents indoors and attempted to access the vent that is located on the roof through my attic. I was informed that the vent cap was clogged or "stuck" and they told me that they were unable to access the roof because their ladders would not reach the roof since I live in a 3 story townhome. Which didn't quite make sense to me considering that is what I hired them for, to get on my roof and complete the job. I was told to call a roofer to come out. I then had ****** come back out to fix my dryer and he asked if I ever called anyone to come out and clean the vents because whoever did it, did not do a good job. I told ****** that I used his partner's company who he referred me to and showed proof that I did such. He was confused as to why they put a note on the bottom of my invoice stating that I needed to have a roofer come out. ****** went out on my deck and said that they could have accessed the roof from my deck on the 2nd story of my home. ****** said that he would call his partner, Vitaly and have them come out and complete the job they started. I was contacted by Vitaly and not only was he rude and unprofessional, but instead of trying to make it right and do good business, he wanted to charge me an additional $150 which includes the service call. I asked him why so much and he said that I can call other roofers and see how much they charge. In the initial discussion my brother and I had with ********************************************* Vent Cleaning, it was our understanding that the overall total would be over $100 less than what he has now asked me to pay. The job should have been done the first time and since they didn't do what they should have, I shouldn't be asked to pay an additional service call fee. Realistically, I should not have to pay anything, the job should have been done right the 1st time
