I made a verbal agreement over the phone and through email on 4.2.24. I paid a total of $399. I made a deposit on 4.2.24 of $200 and the additional payment of $199 on 4.3.24. ********************************* committed to 1. Provide me with a digital business card platform for marketing my business that I would make the one time payment of $399 to own the platform for life and that it would be mine. 2. A revision to my current business logo that I own and that he would provide that with the files for free with the $399 package. 3. That my platform would be added on the back end of other client platforms to get more exposure and that other clients would be added to mine. 4. $50 referral fees for every client that I referred and closed. I don't want the platform and requested the total refund of $399. I cant use it. the platform access was given to me on 4.3.24 when I made final payment and it wasn't ready to use because of all the errors. I asked for access to platform to correct the errors myself and he would never answer me or provide the info. I made the 1st refund request on 4.6.24 and then again on 4.7.24 and the corrections still were not made so I never was able to use the site. I never gave the link to anyone or posted it any where. I tried again on 4.8.24 to resolve, but *********** was very rude and hung up on me. I also tried to reach out to *************************** who I sent the money to thru *****. The invoice No. ***** dated 4.4.24. I was referred to ********************************* through a business associate of mine. ************** is very rude and continues to use derogatory language at me and I don't want to work with him. I just want my money back. The platform is no use to me if I cant add updates on my own and I am missing out on money because I have to set up a website and another platform and I have new product in that I need to advertise, but want my money back first from **************. ************** does not have a legal business in the state of GA because I cant find him in business search.Business response

I filed 2 complaints because I did the 1st one incorrect. I put ************************************* info where I was suppose to put my info and that was on 4.8.24. This morning 4.9.24 I realized the mistake and did a 2nd complaint. I want to make sure that the 1st one was deleted. The complaint should be from myself, ****************************************** against ************************************* at Billions Digital. I didn't see a response from him, but it said that he responded. Can someone please reach out to me by phone to make sure we are on the same page? My number is ************. Thank you in advance for your immediate attention to this very important matter.
