      This business kept my deposit making false claims as to why I didnt deserve my deposit returned. I left the building in great condition. No one was there when I left the building to observe. They instructed me to leave it opened overnight. Only to tell me I would not be receiving my deposit.

      I booked a 50th Birthday Party for my husband. I was given a contract and told I would need to pay a $300 refundable deposit. Upon booking, I was told I had to remove all trash and decorations which I was okay with. Hours before my event started I was given a list of things I must do, that was never discussed with me before booking my event. The list included the need to clean the bathroom, mop the floors, ensure no food is left on the tablecloths, etc, etc. It was extreme and honestly quite ridiculous. The venue knew we would have food, if people eat there can be stains etc. I explained to them had they given me the list before booking I would have never booked with them! Upon my getting there for set-up it was 2 gentlemen who were late. They didn't have the tables up, no tablecloths laid out or anything. Me, my family and hired staff had to jump in and get that done. That was supposed to be done by the venue. At the end of the venue, we cleared out all trash, removed all decorations, and checked and folded all linens, tablecloths, etc. We also folded all tables and chairs and cleaned the bathroom. We took pics and videos as proof. The gentleman walked with me through the venue and all looked well. I sent an email and I was told it all looked good and that I would receive a refund. Waited 2 weeks and nothing so I emailed again. I was told it was processing. It is going on for a month. I haven't received a DOLLAR from these people. My event was paid in full on 2/5/23. After reading all these reviews I now see they run a scam! I want my money back and nothing to do with this company again.

      My complaints is for non payment of ****** for the refundable damage deposit. The Letts Party fail to pay the ****** after all obligations we're met on our behalf.This venue was use as a last resort for a wedding on July 25 2021. The Letts Party on site coordinator was present the entire time of the event. I'm leaving the venue the coordinator reassured us that all obligations were met and we were clear. In the contract it states that if any damages had occurred we would be notified with pictures to support any and all damages. After several times of trying to reach the Letts party event studio no correspondence have taken place. In closing I'm seeking restitution for the $300 refundable deposit

      Event date: Sat. Sept. 18, 2021. Time: 12pm-6pm (6 hours) Total paid: $1305.50 which include a refundable deposit of $300.00. I have yet to receive my $300.00 refundable deposit or the 50% refund of the total booking price as told to me by owner/onsite manager Tanisha. I complied with this company's strict payment plan and all funds paid as scheduled. Contract was signed by their employee Allison on 8/1/21. I signed the contract on 7/30/21. I arrived to the event space at 12pm along with our caterer from Frontera and was greeted by an empty, powerless event space and the onsite manager Tanisha who told me-"I had no event scheduled". After showing her the contract, I had to assist with setting up the venue and working hard to get this event ready by 1pm. Upon conclusion, I took a video of the event space leaving everything clean per contract terms. I have called Letts Party on 9/23 9/29, and 10/4 and sent emails on 9/29, 10/1, 10/4, and 10/5. No response from business.
