      On the 10/03/2023 I had an appointment for delivery at Maclane at *********************************************. At 20:00 PM.The where unloading my truck coming inside very hard with the forklifts, and the damaged the floor of my trailer. When they finished unloading I went inside my trailer and I saw the damage, I right away took pictures and call someone from Inside, they only gave me an email where to send a message, I did it, but never got any response...I hope someone can contact Me or otherwise I'll have to follow-up this matter at court.

      Their IT needs to fix their link for payment of services. As long as the load id has 7 numbers in it I can get through to pay them. However if it has 8 numbers in it it comes up invalid load id everytime. This has been reported to every site supervisor about the problem and nothing has been done to correct this.

      I *************************** was wrongly accused by Project Manager *************************** in *********, ******* while working at Caterpillar for fighting and with another employee in which I had know knowledge of what so ever. The employee that was involved in the fight is still working and I was sent back home for no apparent reason when asking ***************************. ***************** was very unprofessional while talking with me and I also explained to him that I was never involved in any physical altercation at all and asked him to contact the establishment at which the fight occurred to look at their security cameras and see that I *************************** was not involved in any such incident. Fortunately *************************** sent me home from the project back to ***** without looking into the matter, while the employee that was responsible for the incident is still working.       They said to pay for myself to go home I was admitted to the hospital stomach blocked again they didn't care because I was dismissed now I been in ****************************** ever since they got a rental car in my name I'm not there I'm in the hospital been working with it if I don't work they send u home

      There really is no specific date or specific incidents. This has been an ongoing issue I have seen in practice since I started riding with my husband on every trip for the past 10 years. I began a new job for myself, which was unloading our truck instead of paying a "lumper" fee. A few places wouldn't allow you to unload but if your were required to pay usually you were given at least that option, driver unload. Now, however, is whole different ball game. I have been all over the ************* to nearly every major refrigerated facility in the country. When covid hit nobody was allowed to go inside a shipper or receiver for about up to now. In the facilities where Capstone Logistics is the unloading service there is a monopoly going on. Truck drivers are required to pay a "lumper" fee to get the freight unloaded on their truck that was ordered by the receiver and they want us to pay for the unloading fees. That doesn't even make since. I understand the purpose of the services being hired in due to staffing reasons. I agree its necessary. What I dont agree with is that there is no option but to have them do it. They will not negotiate a price with you before the work is done. You might pay $50 or you might pay $540. They keep tacking stuff on and on and will not even give you a ballpark price. I literally paid $540 in ********** to unload a half a truck. They are making more than the truck driver who brings the goods. I think it is an ongoing problem all over the ** and thousands and thousands of people feel the same as me. PLEASE HELP. People wonder why our goods are so expensive!

      Tuesday the 8/9/22 I went to the White ***** they manage to unload a load with my brand new trailer, and one of they employed damage the trailer with a forklift unloading the truck, immediately when I saw the damage I spoke with the manager and I showed him the damage, and they denied to pay for the damage,But they collect bunch of money, but they dont want to pay for their errors,I hope this people respond for this is a ******* thousand dollars trailer, Im still paying for it, other wise Im going to have to make a claim with their insurance in court

      On March 15, 2022 I was double charged for a lumper service. The lumper service amount was $270.00. I tried to pay via debit card online, but there was an issue with their system. The man inside then said that the online transaction didn't go through, and I needed to swipe my card inside to pay, so I did. 3 days later, when online banking, I noticed that Capstone deducted $270.00 TWICE from my account. I have been in contact with ************************* and customer service there on multiple, multiple occasions, with 14 emails back and forth. I have sent them a copy of my bank statement that shows were the $270.00 was taken out of my account twice on the same day. They have been giving me the run-around and nearly 2 months later, I still have not received a refund for the extra lumper that I was charged. This is unacceptable, and this business needs to be held accountable.

      This business continues to over charge on unloading fees. I almost always unload my own truck through my LLC and almost never have broken wood, pallet restarts, or bad wood. The 3 times I have hired them I was upcharged for 3 restarts $30, 3 broken pallet restarts $30, and today for 10 bad pallets $50.

      Capstone Logistics claims that they delivered my Staples order on Dec 29, 2021 at 9:52 AM. Tracking #:00000009370289566230. I did not receive this order. If my order is still in your possession I would like to receive it. If your employee mistakenly left my order at an incorrect address I would like to be informed of this.

      I would like to remove this complaint, as I did receive my package later that same day. It seems the employee marked the item as delivered before they reached my door.
