Capstone is very inconsiderate of people or possessions. Drivers are held up for hours, paperwork is delayed, load locks are broken or not returned, fees are not consistent and can be extremely high. Their concept of a good business plan must be based on money alone as it appears to not match a very high standard of service. If options were available at locations, they would probably not be able to exist in a free choice situation,Review from Mike H

Been delivering to places that use capstone for their unloading services for awhile now. They always take forever to unload the trailer, they will send messages saying my paperwork is ready then guve me attitude when i go to get my paperwork. And they hold paperwork hostage just to mess with the drivers.Review from Sh R

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE WHATSOEVER HOW LONG THIS COMPANY TAKE TO UNLOAD DRIVERS. BUT WHATS REALLY THE PURPOSE OF A REVIEW IF THIS INCONSIDERATE A** BUSINESS STAYS AFLOAT. IT NEED TO BE SHUT THE F*CK DOWNReview from Peter S

All drivers should start boycotting capstone and any company who uses them. Between the excessive prices and the outrageous unload times that cause drivers to often run out of their legal work clock. They are rip off artists and if enough drivers started banding together and refusing to use them or pay them or even ship to places that use them maybe then we could final do our jobs more efficiently instead of being at their whim. Not to mention the money it would save companies who have to pay their outrageous fees.Review from Ranbir s

i worked one week with these guys and my first day i earned over 300 dollars in my "cut" from unloading trucks and i only got paid 145 dollars then they use the wisely cared and i have the get your money 2 days early guess what no pay! i call payroll and given that they use adp wisely i asked why my money wasnt here yet the payroll lady who sounded just like she rolled out of a trailer park said i didnt know what i was talking about and extremely rude! they expect you to work 50 hours a week and get c*** pay short your checks and no overtime they are a huge rip off waist of my time do not bother they should be shut downReview from Doc S

Staples uses this totally unprofessional, unreliable, delivery service to deliver goods to its customers? It says a lot about Staples. Capstone Logistics' tracking system is broken! My item was reported "out for delivery" at 7:25 AM. It is now 5:00 PM and there was no delivery or update! These lumper companies shouldnt exist period. This one specifically is horrible, rude & dont care about drivers time. Always charged excessive amounts for random up charges and they take forever probably because employees are paid by the hour.Review from Justin C

The company "promoted" me to a "lead". I was unable to access my pay stubs and they had coincidently been caught stealing/overbilling the *************** and taking employee salaries to pay off their embezzlement. Long story short, I was told I had insurance from them and it was being taken out of my paycheck. I went to have a dental procedure done and they had in fact lied to me. No insurance. Stuck with a 1300$ bill. There is no corporate office to contact. All phone extensions cut you off or ever mailbox is "full". They are horrendous.Review from Christian M

Bad bad. Location: *********** in ***********, **. Today is 09/15/2022 at 12 O'clock, I was assigned to door 15. Only 3 pallets weight ****lbs. After 3 hours I received a link for payment, after opening such link, I find out an is*** with the door number and the company name. I returned to the. As recommended in case of an error. The lady in charge started working on me when a man shows up. Tried to convinced me to keep it like that. Which I refused for liability concern and the he started been hawful and treating me. And decided to not move my truck out of the door until receiving the right infos lien to me. After fix it, I pay for it. At the time to get the paperwork, they tried to give wrong BOL signed and I refused and they make me seat there for ever and I have another pick-up appointment at 2pm 90 miles away. It's already 1pm and I'm still waiting. I'm pretty sure I will not be able to make it. I'm in my right to request the right infos and paperwork so why treating me. I think will have to *** this company to pay me my lost. I have to contact my insurance and report it and to the ***** as well.
