      Hello,My name is *******. I purchased a car from Atlanta best used car on April 08, 2023. On June 24, 2023 the car stop working. I got the car towed to ****** on Marietta and found out the car had a salvaged ****** and It was totaled several times. They were not supposed to sell me that car. I went through navy federal and everything was in the green. They waited until everything was clear before they sent navy federal the title. They will not give me my money back. Now I have to get a lawyer. Navy federal would have never approved anything thats has a salvage title.

      I purchased a car from them and the value of the car was only $4,300.00 but they charged me $12,000.00 for the car before the finance. The car that was sold to me I was never told about the damaged done to the car as well as the car having a branded title which I was not aware of. The car had been in a flood has been broken since the purchase of the car. I have paid more money out with the car being in the shop than I have been using the car and they will not do anything about it. Now I am stuck with a car that is very dangerous to drive and should not have been sold in the first place. When it comes to Atlanta Best Used Cars I would Run Fast because the are not trustworthy and take advantage of hard working people. I am also talking to a lawyer as well as reaching out the the News channels and filing complaints with the state as well to keep this from happening to anyone else.

      The sales person *************************** was nice and helpful. The company is not honest trust worthy, or up front with the full details of what they are selling you. I believe that they sold me a defective car, and I paid cash for it. I have had to put another ******** into the car because of defects. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

      I liked the salesman experience. But the ad was seen for $11,500 on Cargurus. On there site it is $12,500 ran the bill up to about $15,000. I will find a car elsewhere if I feel like they are false advertising to get people in there. I own a car. No reason to be cheated for A NEW ONE! The bank also rather you owe a lot, so dont come in with a big down payment. See how you can work the system instead. You cannot leave a review on ****** Maps either I will double check with yelp.

      ** law states that an advertised price cannot exclude BS dealer fees like Doc fees. They would not conform to the ** law. Be careful with this dealer.

      Bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from them June 2020. I paid, $6400.00 cash. They gave me a one year warranty. I was told that a brand new transmission was put in this car in December 2019. I put 24,000 miles on this car, the transmission went out. My warranty was up June 2021, how about 2 weeks after my warranty was up the transmission went out of the car. I contacted them to say, how in the world did a brand new transmission go out after 24,000 miles later. Even if it wasn't 24,000 miles, how did it go out in a year????? The manager told me it's nothing that they could do, the warranty was up. I will never deal with these people again. That was money I threw away.

      You put 24,000 miles on a vehicle that already had over a120,000 miles. You paid $5,325 plus fees and taxes. You were promised by the manufacturer either 12 months or 12,000 miles! How did the dealership fail in their promise??

      Doesn't matter if the warranty was out or not, you mean to tell me, 24,000 miles later the transmission goes out????? Unheard of. I had a problem with a part of the transmission a month prior to it going out, the Nissan place told me they replaced that part, but 2 weeks after the warranty ended, so did the transmission. I see several customers have or have had the same problem with cars from your location. I will never deal with you guys again. Anybody that is looking for a good car or truck, this is not the place to get it. Make sure you guys do your research on this company.

      Fact is that you were covered for the period that you were promised. It was a not a lifetime warranty. Are you saying the transmission was rigged to go out right after the warranty expiration?? I am not sure why your tyranny went out in 24,000 miles of driving. There may be several reasons, like driving habits, maintenance etc. We have thousands and thousands of happy customers over the years. You just don't happen to be one of them.

      The bottom line is, you knew this car wasn't any good before you sold it. It would be different if I was the only one with a problem, but take a moment to look at all your reviews. Some of the same problems with other customers.

      I have a 1999 Lexus RX 300, changed the transmission 9 years ago, never had any issues from it since. You guys never put a brand new transmission in that car, it's no way 24,000 miles later it would go out if it was brand new. As far as maintenance on that car, you can go to the Nissan place, all the maintenance was done with them. I have myraid reasons for wondering why you guys sell trash to your customers, but I am not going round and round with you. You guys are bad news and you know it. Just read all your reviews, then come back and explain to me why I feel the way I feel. If you stand behind your products the way you say you do, solve each of your customers problems, fix their cars. If it was my business or I was a manager there, even if the warranty was out, I would say, wow 2 weeks after the warranty go out your transmission went out, let us take a look at it and we'll take care of the issues for you even though your warranty just went out, because I wanna keep you as a customer, plus we stand behind our cars.

      So we somehow knew that the transmission for the car would go out in a year and few weeks and we failed to inform you?????? Sir, you are taking out your frustration on the wrong party. You were given a disclosure statement by Nissan of North America stating that THEY had replaced the transmission, NOT THE DEALERSHIP, so THEY are the one that gave you that warranty that you think was rigged!! When we bought the vehicle from Nissan North America, the transmission was already replaced, we did not repair anything on the vehicle. We request the Bureau to please put a stop to the ridiculous and unreasonable allegation towards the dealership by closing this complaint so as not to waste time of everyone involved.

      I am a 69 year old widow and this business took advantage of me. I was told that a service contract would solve any future problems that I would have with the truck I was purchasing from them. So I paid $1899. I have had the truck for a year and the air conditioning system went out. The service contract is no good. Atlanta Best Used Cars should be ashamed of themselves and stop falsifying the claim of a good product.
