I recently purchased cups for my fathers birthday party.They were black plastic cups with Happy Birthday to be printed on cups.This company is a JOKE!They take your money and on the day item is to be shipped 10 days later they advise they do not have stock.So if you require in a timely manner forget it.Then management requires retraining in resolution process in dealing with customers.The ***** number listed on this website DOES NOT WORK, which is a great sign this company maybe shady.They are affiliated with several other companies including GIFT FOR YOU.Initial Complaint

I ordered personalized matches on April 24th, 2022 in the amount of $114.69. I called on April 27th and spoke to ****** asking for an estimated delivery date. She didnt know but placed a fake order similar to mine to get an estimated delivery date for me. Since she wasnt for sure I let it go. I later emailed Beau-Coup on April 29th asking for a more concrete update and ******** responded saying she would find out and let me know. She never got back with me. I then emailed on May 1st stating I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Realizing I sent the email on a Sunday, I called ****** on May 2nd who told me she would look into it and have someone ask the vendor if it was possible to cancel and would call me back that day to let me know. She didnt call back, so before close of business I called and spoke to *****. She said the order had been cancelled (which ****** nor anyone ever called back to tell me) and she said I would receive a refund within 5 business days. I asked her to send me an email stating my order has been cancelled and to expect a refund. She said I would receive it by tomorrow May 3rd. However, I called back on May 3rd to inquire about my cancellation email since my Beau-coup account still says order is in process and ****** told me to expect the refund email and refund in 5 business days (she didnt mention a cancellation email as I requested). So why was I told to expect an email by today and then within 5 business days and why cant anyone type up an email to send to me stating my order was cancelled if that deems to be true as stated? What they tell their customers doesnt add up with their actions and it is very hard to trust what they say. They also cant actually do much to help solve your issue because theyre not beau-coup representatives but work for the family of companies. All in all, I would like my cancellation email, refund email, and refund within 5 business days of today as stated by both ***** and ******.
