I ordered both regular and gluten free Oreo cookies. They were supposed to arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. I paid for this and I paid extra for the gluten-free Oreo cookies. When the package arrived, it was shipped in a bakery cake box, inside of a brown corrugated box. No Styrofoam cooler no ice packs and no separation of regular and gluten free cookies although the cookies were individually wrapped inside the bakery box, but still all cookies were intermingled. I will not be serving the gluten free as such, because I have no confidence that these cookies were indeed sent correctly. The reason I feel this way is because they were not shipped as promised in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. I dont feel enough care was given in preparing my order. 868.They did refund me for the cooler and ice packs, but would not make any concessions on the gluten-free cookies which were shipped. In my opinion and experience companies take great care in separating gluten free products from others. What should have been done is two separate boxes should have been shipped within the brown corrugated box, and I would have felt much better that they took care when preparing and shipping my items. So I will need to go out last minute and purchase gluten-free items that I know are guaranteed to be gluten free. This way I will feel comfortable serving them to my guests.Not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but I did feel that the woman was rather short and abrupt on the phone and made me feel like I was asking for something for free.
