I purchased a software program/membership from a webinar that was explained I would be getting a product in a already "done for you" way. When I got access to the product. I had to go through all these trainings and blueprints and nothing about it was done for you. It was like a full college course. Nothing what I was under the impression it would entail. I work full time and take care of my 2 year old. With what little time I have to try and figure out how to make this "done for you" system work. I just couldn't get it. Among other issues of getting things to work, I would send an email to support to not hear back from them from a day or two later. At this point i'm doing everything I can to figure it out on my own. To no avail. I don't have time for this, and I made a real effort to get it but its just beyond me and not at all what I thought was being sold in the webinar. I emailed support asking for a refund as their policy says Refund 30 day No Hassles Refund Policy on Product Bundles, event inclusive products". They replied back and said "e do have a 60-day offer from ***** to give you 100% of your purchase price ($597) back to you in a cash; that offer is if after 60 days of following the course and all instructions and allowing us to help you overcome any obstacles you encounter, you haven't made any money, he will send you your purchase price $597) back to you in cash." I was under the impression as an added bonus, they were giving us 60 days to try to make it work or our money back. Not, We HAD to use it for 60 days before we could get our money back. I'd just like my refund as I'm completely unsatisfied with this product and don't feel the "done for you" spiel made a fair representation of it.
