      I am sending this email in hopes that someone will reach out to me. I am wanting to report the apartment complex where I reside, Pinebrook Apartments located ** ***** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** ******* ** **** ****** ** ***  The owner is Cahec, I have **** along with other health issues & feel like I am being treated unfairly when it comes to repairs, rents payments & as an over all human being. My ac/heater unit has been out for a very long time I have endured many nights where it was cold the property manager is aware of the issue and it still has not been resolved. My ceiling leaked for a long period of time & still has not been repaired properly there is potential mold in my unit. I had to contact my ******* * **** ****** they have also spoken with Cahec still with no results. My tub was painted last week the maintenance Greg came at 3:30p with no notice, the fumes from the highly toxic paint flared my asthma & breathing up badly. I have gotten late notices on my door about past due money being owed when I know payments have been made by ******* * & my portion, I have been spoken to poorly by the property manager with such disrespect. I have been discriminated against along with many other tenants of different ethnicities. It is horrible here & I am needing help from you all, we have a voice but it is not getting anywhere! The property manager Ashley makes sure we the residents know that she is the property manager & no matter how much we the residents complain it won't go any further than Cathy P******! I do not won't to loose my home simply because I am a voicing my concerns! Please will someone give me a call at ************ I do have pictures & lots of video / audio to back my concerns. I am reaching out to you all confidentially again please please help! My niece is typing this for me whereas I *** ******* **** do not understand how to send this info over to you all with out assistance.       Good afternoon

      The resident here at Pinebrook Apartments are required to report any maintenance issues directly to the office staff. If the resident makes an work order the service tech fix whatever the problem is that's been reported. If it's something that the service tech can't fix we call in a outside contractor to complete the work. All reported work orders has been taken care of. DCA has passed the inspection for this unit. When the heater went off we offered her heat and she refused it. I have a manager in training at this site and she mistakenly put out the incorrect notice out to all residents. I spoke with all the residents the day after and advise them to void the notice. If I as the Regional Manager cannot handle any issues then she would speak with my Senior Regional. Which she already has spoken to. My Senior Regional explained to her that she has to follow the chain of command and the resident isn't willing to comply with this. I have offered this resident a 30 day intent to vacant if she's not happy livning here. She refused to take this.
