Concrete was not used when putting in the fence posts in our yard. After contacting the business we were asked to send pictures as they noted it was highly unusual and typically they use concrete. We sent pictures and since have been unable to reach the office and no reply to voicemails or emails. The fence continues to lean as winds/ rain causes erosion and morphing.Business response

A fence was put up by southern structures for our neighbors yard; however the fence came over 12 feet into our yard. Southern structures had pins in the ground to go by as well as a plat however they have claimed that they are not at fault and putting the blame instead on our neighbors. Originally we contacted the business so that they could correct their mistake as well as go ahead and put our fence up at the same time but instead we have received the run around. We were forced to pay $450 for a repeat land survey for a new build with less than a 1 acre lot simply because they messed up.
