Company responded to online request on ****** *** ***** Came out to clear a main line in plumbing and did not complete the job. Toilet still clogged and refused to come back out to finish the job.Business response

On ******2023 we were contacted and performed an unstop at which time a large amount of paper products were pulled back. Once the lines were cleared and the drains were tested a camera inspection was done to help assess the cause of the clog. No issues were found with the sewer line and excessive use of paper product was determined as the issue. As stated on the signed copy of the work order, unstops do not carry any warranty and/or guarantee. The customer contacted us about the new stoppage via email, after hours on ******2023.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The clog is in the same exact main without any paper or product being flushed. The issue was found Weds or Thurs and contact was made on Friday AM (no emergency need as water was no longer backing up into showers like it was initially). There was no evidence of a camera being used, nor documentation on the receipt. The tasks took less than 1 hour to complete. When speaking to the company, approx. hourly rate was $130-150 or so to complete plus additional parts, which none were needed. 45 min task, no parts, $290 charge that never fixed the problem. Also, the company was to jet the line out to ensure it was fully cleaned, which did not occur.

All available and requested invoices have be mailed to the customer after they were given a hand written copy. Invoices list parts used and warranty. Customer attached the documents and it shows that they have everything they are requesting. It is unclear why this is not satisfactory to the customer.
