      On **** ** 2022 I placed an online order to pick up at the Perry location. I arrived and there were about 15 cars in drive thru, so i call and the associate that answered was rude and hung up on me. I then called back again and asked since i did an online order could i come in and pick it up because it was to be ready at 6:12 and it was then after 6:20 pm. She told me no I had to sit in the drive thru line and hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and she told me she canceled the order, then she told me to hold and i held on for over 10 min until i hung up because i could hear them talking and she clearly had just sat the phone down to not deal with my issue. The next day i called and they told me they do not issue refunds, however i never received my order so how do you charge me for something that was never received. At this point i was upset, the next day I called to talk to a guy named Todd whom was helpful but its been 3 days since I spoke to him and my issue has not been resolved. I called the corporate office with no resolution, and they told me that they only send my information to the restaurant in which they do not care because it is not their money. I have also filed with my bank. I just want a refund and they do not ever have to worry about me because i do not go there and the order was for someone else. They need better management because other than Todd the other managers are not professional and they do not know how to handle situations.

Once complete we will send the guest a dinner coupon to visit us again soon and share feedback. Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/07/22) */ The business has not contacted me... if they contact me I'll let them know of the refund and I'll accept the voucher but the company has not contacted me since I filed the complaint with the better business bureau. So they are giving you all false information. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/08/02) */ I reached out to the guest for the order information so we could cancel the online order and create a credit. To date I do not have a response. ***************************** Consumer Response /* (2000, 16, 2022/08/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I responded to ****** ******** on today and sent her my address to accept the dinner cards.
