29 of April 2020 I bought a new home. AC was not good. Inspector of home I trusted ******* ****** and he recommended *** from DMC air to replace and buy new AC. I contacted *** he inspected old unit in the house and the yellow paperwork gave that needs replacement. I asked him to order a brain new unit the Best what is on the market and come to install it. Unit cost was $6000, he came to install and only paperwork he brought is the one attached. Although I asked couple of time for the original paperwork. The value is not even stated on the Product registration. At the beginning of year 2021 I have contacted *** many times as the unit was not working properly- my child room was extremely hot. He never returned phone call. I contacted him mostly via phone early in 2021 but in September as he never responded send email. My AC is not working now and is extremely hot in the house. He states he is no longer responsible as only 1 year warranty, That’s p***ably why he was never responding so warranty period is over. I would like to request original paper for the unit I bought so I can contact them for parts or anything else needed. With receipt of the price I bought the unit for. I am extremely saddened that there are so many bad people trying just to take your money. Hope you can help me. Thank you and most sincerely, ***** ******* ************Business response
