I have been a customer since May 2022 in which my credit card was billed $30 a month. Recently, there have been numerous issue with my car being cleaned adequately when the vehicle goes through the tunnel. I tryed to speak with management but the problem continued. I even tryed to get the District Managers phone number to no avail. Recently, an employee while entering the tunnel threatened me. It’s is worth noting, I would like the Better Business Bureau to contact ******** *** **** and terminate my membership to the extent the recent billing this week of $30 credited to my account since I will not be returning to the Car Wash. I tryed to manually cancel my membership but the system would not send me a new password therefore I can’t cancel the membership. In addition, the other issues. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I cancelled a trial membership plan before the August end date. I cancelled with a female employee; via phone, who asked why I was cancelling and I told her it was due to the membership never working properly even with the multiple attempts of various onsite employees. I have now just discovered that my credit card has since been charged for monthly memberships for four (4) months. I have since attempted to contact the company via phone call and then text, (no facebook message option) without avail. The membership, which has notable not since been used, has charged me $70 a month on 9/21/21, 10/21/21, 11/21/21 and 12/21/21. I am requiring a complete refund of $280.00 and immediately cancellation and a cease and desist of any and all future charges.
