I have been charged $40 a month since September 2023 and $20 a month and the month of August 2023 for an account that I was positive I called in and had canceled. I had some person from another country. Told me I was all set and I just looked lately at my credit card account and Ive been been charged 40 bucks a month since that time, I dont know what the place was called before it was called whistle car wash, but Im pretty sure I canceled that account and I would like to know what the heckBusiness response

I tried replying online to the complaint but this person signed up for a membership and it has been canceled and refunded. Against buisness policies to cancel account for them without notice.

I am rejecting this response because:
I cancelled the car wash services SEP2023 and was charged monthly through MAY2024 for these washes.
Any help would be appreciated

So far Whistle Car Wash has reimbursed my *********** card $240.00.
The other three payments of $40.00 occurred when another company ran the place which were **** Oct. Nov of 2023.
Im waiting to hear back from Whistles HR department if they know the former owner.

Visited the car wash for grand opening. A couple months later was charged $39.99 in February and March for a car wash subscription I never agreed to nor was made aware of. I have not used the car wash since the initial visit because of a lack of performance.Business response

Customers account has been canceled and transactions refunded. Its telling me on my end after refunding transaction that bank needs to be called so im not sure if that card is no longer active, but everything on our end has been taken care of.
