I am rejecting this response because:
I am not accepting this reply because I feel that I was unfairly charged. Upon calling and making the appointment, for 12/20/21, I was told that Dr. ***** was no longer there but, I could see Dr. ******. Since the ****** office is closer to me then the ******** office, we made the not so hard decision to come to the ****** office. I was never informed if I made the decision to see a different Dentist, other than Dr. *****, that I would be charged and if I saw Dr. ***** directly I wouldn't. I trusted Howard Dental, as a whole, to look out for my best interest. If I would have known that I could only see Dr. *****, as an individual, and not be charge for work done by Howard Dental, I would have made the trip to ******** to save everyone this inconvenience.
