I have a text message where they told me the price was going to be less than what I paid for, they told ne another price even lower once I got there, I don't need to take pictures of anything because my feelings and opinions are just that, and if they really were uncomfortable with me because I sat there quietly and was nice, then something is wrong with them. However, their response is just something to say because they're mad about my review and I'm standing by it. Goodbye. I was given a price of $160 for lemonade braids over text and after sending a picture of what I wanted. Once I got there and told the stylist the length I wanted, which was shorter than the braids in the picture I sent, she told me it would cost $150. When she was almost finished with my hair, the other stylist asked her to "pull up the text" (I believe she was referring to my text from the previous day, stating the price would be $160). Conveniently, my stylist told me it would be $165 once she was done, saying the one bag of hair she used was $5. I disputed this, reminding her that she told me it would cost $150, and naturally she denied it. With tax, it came out to $171.60. In my text, the stylist stated it would cost $150 plus $5 per bag of hair, estimating I would need two bags of hair for a total of $160. I believe they charged me $5 extra because I used a debit card, because they are charged whenever they have to use their credit card machine. Of course, they did not get a tip since they were dishonest and tried to be slick. I will not be going back.

I will gladly cashapp or zelle you your $10 that you are claiming we cheated you if you provide me your details. And I stand by the fact that the stylist told you $160 not $150, we have nothing on our price list that is $150. I dont understand why some black women hate on black own businesses. if you had called me and express your disappointment, I wil have gladly give you back your $10. The stylish did a great job on your hair and you are so unappreciative. we do not want you to come back.Your behavior is now feeling vindictive to me, i will report this incident to the police in case anything happen to me, my child or my businesses. This happened a month ago, you left a review, i replied with our side of the story and you still did not get it.
