On 2-23-23 I placed an order in the amount of $56.99. After 10 full business days I reached out to the company because I still haven’t received a tracking number or a shipping update. They responded by saying that I had entered my address wrong but they corrected it a my order is being processed. Still no shipping confirmation or tracking. Thank you for the email. We pride ourselves on the best customer service possible. However, mistakes do happen. We would like to amicably resolve this matter and continue to provide good service. The order was in dispute and we were in contact with the customer. We would like to close out this dispute/complaint and offer to reship the product at no charge, and also give a gift card of $100 for the customer to use on the next order. The hair vendor wig was defective, thin, and not advertised as processed hair. The wig was constructed with a track with a thick weft. There was not enough hair to cover the track and it was a hump. A blue residue came from the unit when washed and the knots were large. Small knots were advertised. The vendor attempted to critique my stylist. However, the construction is the problem and I have written statements from hair stylist.Business response

This costumer is a scammer but I still chose to process her order because she seemed like a nice person. Come to find out, she’s just a scammer. I have provided the details and also pictures we took before any item gets shipped. There is also a terms and conditions that are checked at checkout where it tells you all sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS on used items.
