      from Marsh Irrigation plus did a project to redo our backyard. Apart from constant communication issues, we somehow kind of got to the end of the project around the beginning of November. He was supposed to come to check on the grass and irrigation system a few weeks later and give us instructions on watering for proper take of the grass and plants. Since then he has gone MIA. Last time we heard from him was a text on December 12th saying that he would come by the end of that week. He didn't show up and stopped responding to calls and texts. Today 12/30 we called him from a different number and he answered not recognizing us. He told us he is busy and doesn't have time to come over, not even to fix the leak in the irrigation system because he stated that right now we don't need to irrigate. Mind that the leaks occurs even with the system off. Since the leak is an urgent matter and we have waited beyond reasonable time, we are now hiring someone else to fix the urgent issue. We would like to be refunded for the repairs and completion performed by others.

       To Whom it may concern:

           My name is  and I am responding to the complaint by  Our company did do some work for the the end of October into the beginning of November. I also do respond to her husband on Dec. 12, 2022 and let him know that I would be out in a few days to look at the an issue or two that they had.

           And yes I did not show up a few days later, because I got very sick and was down and out for just over two weeks. Yes, I answered their call on the 30th, of December. I tried to explain to her that I had been very sick for the past two weeks, and she did not want to hear any of it. She went on to explain that they had issues. I listened and I started to respond to her and I began again by saying that they should not even be using the system due to the rain and extremely cold weather we were experiencing. Then she proceeded to say that they believed that they had a leak. I explained to her that I would keep them on the schedule and get to the as soon as I was able. Next I trying to explain to her that they could shut the system off …… At that time she hung the phone up in my face as I was trying to tell her how to isolate the system until I was able to come out. But she never heard any of that because she hung up the phone on me.

          So I was never able to come out and look at her system.

      My reply:

      We had an active leak that was present regardless if the system was on or off and no way to stop it or isolate it apart from shutting off the water main for the entire house.  never offered a date or a time he would come by, not through text, not in the call and not through email. If we were on his schedule why didn't he communicate it in any way? He also never tried to show up at the property and repair the damage. Yes, it is true, after I had to trick him and call from a number he didn't know to get an answer, I had enough of hearing excuses and I hung up. He never communicated about his alleged virus until the above mentioned phone call. I also followed up in an email in which he did not mention anything about us being on the schedule or a day he was planning to come and address the problem. An active leak is an urgent matter, not something that can wait for weeks and weeks. So after weeks of active leak (and subsequent waste of water and increase in water bill), no sign of him planning to come address it,  we repaired it. We are asking the company to reimburse us for material and labor to repair the damage. Pictures and receipt for material attached.
