      The company charged $99.99 for an assessment. ****** told me he could get me parts numbers do I could get the parts, and then he could service the oven. The receptionist told me several times she would get me the part numbers. She never did. I’m highly dissatisfied with the service as they have provided me with absolutely nothing. I should not be charged because Mr. Appliance employees are incompetent at their jobs. I want a full refund for not providing proper service or answering any questions after I had paid. ****** spent less than 10 minutes my house and charged me $99.99 and DID NOT provide me with the information requested. I was very patient up until now. So please value my time and money. At least you can give me my money back.

      We will be referring this matter to our attorneys and we will be seeking information from our attorneys for the continuing harassment from the customer. I will no longer respond to any further correspondence from the BBB about this matter.

      Initial appointment was 8/6/21 for a dishwasher repair. Was told a pump was broken and a new one needed to be ordered. Paid $200 of the $355 total. Was told that I’d be contacted in a few days to make a new appointment. I wasn’t contacted until over a month after my initial appointment despite my attempts to call them. Once the second appointment was made, I waited for half an hour after my appointment time and called to see where the technician was. He apparently needed to tested for covid and I wasn’t notified that my appointment had been canceled. A week after this, the technician showed up to my house WITHOUT an appointment. During this time the new part apparently doesn’t work. I told them to refund me and I’d find another company to do the repair. It took weeks glob the phone with them to get them to “issue” a check. I was told I wouldn’t be refunded for the diagnostic fee, even though their diagnosis was incorrect. Months later and I’ve yet to receive a refund or even an answer to why I haven’t gotten it.
