      Purchased a new JCB 407 Wheel Loader. Current machine has factory defective issues that JCB is fully aware of and fully under warranty but will not repair. 4 months of payments on a machine I can not use.

      To whom it may concern:

      Had reached out to the JCB dealer (******) back in May and they had advised at that time that the matter had been referred to legal.  Have received a similar update today, indicating that ****** legal are currently engaged with ****************** legal representatives.

      As such, we will defer to the lawyers between the customer and the dealer.

      I am rejecting this response because: Everyone agreed to Dealer repairing the machine in writing from both attorneys.  Dealer never reach out to complete repairs.  2 months later machine is still not fixed.  I am done I will repair machine out of my pocket but can promise you I will inform everyone I come in contact with for the rest of my life my experience with JCB !! I have done nothing but pay for a machine that has issues from the factory and per Dealer mechanic machine should have never left factory  !! Sad times we live in.

      I purchased new equipment from a JCB North America dealer on December 8, 2022. The machine is a 2022 JCB 270T and has a damaged door that is covered under warranty. The dealer has tried extensively to obtain a replacement door, but so far JCB has not provided a replacement door.

      I received your letter in the mail on Monday, 24 Jul regarding *** ******* complaint.  Can confirmed the following:

      1. A replacement 270T door was dispatched to the dealer via fed ex (tracking no. **** **** ****) and arrived at our local dealer today.  Installation is planned for this Friday on *** ******* machine (door will be prepped for installation tomorrow by the local dealer).

      2. Previously, the order was escalated to a VOR order ("vehicle off road") to ensure it received highest priority.

      3. The dealer continues to maintain communication with the customer and will ensure he is aware of the current status.

      4.  I've asked our local JCB service representative to reach out to ** ******* separately to ensure he is fully satisfied and we will help remedy any further concern he may have (within reason).

      I finally heard from the manufacturer.  They are now working to correct the issue.  Thank you!
