      8/14/2021 walking down the hall headed to my room i slipped and fall to the floor. did not realize water was on the floor. hotel upkeep was not very well. i went to front desk and reported incident to CS but was told there was not an incident form to fill out. she did not know how to do it or handle it. so she called someone who was said to be manager but turned out to be another employee with bad attitude and disrespectful. he called me derogatory names,yelling and told police lies on me once they arrived. i asked for owner information but he refused to give it to me. asked for corporate info and was refused the info. he also refused to give his name and threatened the lady at front desk not to give it to me. all of his actions were recorded by myself and others. Police got info for me owner is *** *****. and the red roof corporate office. i email me both of them. the corporate office responded but told me to reach out to *** *****. i did that with no response from as of yet. i gave it time with many emails sent out to him and corporate office. it is now november and no response.

      I am rejecting this response because: Statement from hotel is not of truthful evidence. yes i was on first floor but the carpet was not all the way thru hallway.  i slipped and fell on floor that part that had no carpet and no one was vacuuming when i fell. untrue.  no one was mopping or cleaning hotel area during that time. if they watched cameras as they say they would have seen me fall and took a few minutes to get up. when asked for camera footage i was told it didn't work in that area. huh? When i went to front desk and spoke AMI she knew nothing of my fall. And i asked her for the incident form to fill out but she knew nothing of such form. And said several times there was no such form. Then that is when she told me she was calling management to find out and called the rude disrespectful employee. i dont know why the mentioning of pre existing conditions is a subject because we did not discuss my condition. NO ONE even asked if i was ok. NO ONE asked me if i needed an ambulance. Employee on the phone threatened me, called me names, and threatened to call police on me. BUT i call the police and had them come out there to make the report in which was done. Then guy on phone told them lies and told them to put me off property because i was still asking questions about corporate office info and owner. I have pictures of floor where i fell and of the time stamped photo of AMI when she started cleaning after i told her i fell in the lobby. I have no reason to lie and did not ask for any damages therof the fall just wanted refund due to the way i was treated by said rude disrespectful employee who pretended to be manager. if there is so much proof of me lying supposedly show it . I requested it twice and was told there was none so whose lying?
