The chief operating officer *****e New and the West Chatham Property Management and maintenance team have wrongly passed out a lease violation via email for a gate that is placed in my back yard. ****** *****, one of the maintenance team members sent out the initial violation notice stating that the gate needed to be removed bc it was in violation with my lease : g) Yards. Tenant shall keep Property, including yard, lot, grounds, Premises, walkways and driveway clean and free of rubbish, trash, debris and pet waste. .. I proceed to dispute that the gay didn’t fall within what he stated in the lease. He the proceed to say it was in violation under the next clause : l) Lawn and Exterior Maintenance. Pools, toys, etc., must be removed from the lawns when not in use., which the gate did not meet those guideline.. his last attempt stated Tenant shall not build, install, or attach any fixture or other improvement within any structure on Property. Which still the gay did not fall within those guidelines. I then revived a call from *****e New , whole was extremely unprofessional by laughing and being dismissive of my concerns. She then proceeded to suggest a resolution then took it back and said she need to contact another party. This company has prolonged this situation for a week, with the initial conversation starting on 2/10 and it is now 2/13.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: ***** ****** the inspector did not properly cite me, reasoning why it took him 3 attempts to say I am in violation of my lease. ***** ***** has been nothing but profession and respectful but ****** *** has been completely rude through the whole process. The dates the are provided in the response from **** ******** are inaccurate because I was not notified about the HOA’s decision until Monday 2/27/2023, making it impossible for them to properly cite me. The HOA of the cove allows fencing, but of different material used. I am awaiting a response from ******* ****** who is a property manager of West Chatham Management and ironically the HOA manager of the **** ************ ***** ** ******* *** is placed.
