1 (********) On 08/14/2022, I called the office to have them inspect my unit as I had found water damage, a foul smell, dirt and bugs beyond what was in the unit after moving my items in. I had called the previous Sunday and was told by an employee that they would inspect the outside until I was able to visit the unit as I was occupied with work and being Covid positive. When your employee, ******* approached, he had walked over in a seemingly bad mood but I didnt say anything. Myself and my sister had noticed that this interaction was not going to go well. I had attempted to explain what my concerns were but kept getting cut off. As I tried to finish he started getting annoyed and kept accusing me of damaging monster storages door. He told me that if I was the only one that signed the agreement that anyone else that had access to the unit was my issue. No damage has been done to the door on my part or my familys part. And I was trying to explain that when it looks like its closed there is a gap that is large enough for small animals, bugs, additional dirt, or water to get in and damage items when it rains. I didnt get to explain that. threatened to call the cops on us multiple times, to have us removed from the property, and that he would be canceling our lease effective immediately. Your property manager never stepped a foot into the unit to do any inspecting nor did he give his customer the time to explain their concerns. Your employees behavior is neurotic, unacceptable, and harmful. He is a danger to young women who he finds as an easy target to be aggressive with. He is also well aware of the complaints that have been filed and not phased by it. He is not apologetic. He had had the opportunity to calm down and correct his behavior but escalated the situation. He is threatening the lively hood of families as well as the finances of your company. No amount of corrective training can fix his poor customer service and aggression. He put a minor in danger.
