    I was referred to this shop by a friend who highly recommended *** but in my opinion I wouldnt recommend them to anyone in my opinion if you want a shade tree mechanic that doesnt stand behind there work or know how to do mechanical work properly then this is shop for you I will start from the beginning I had my wifes 2016 jeep Cherokee sport at a previous shop before **** shop it had a blown head gasket and needed to have a engine put in it but I had a terrible experience with them with the work they had already preformed with the head gasket part and I was telling my friend about it and he referred me to *** so I took it to *** shop I bought a used engine from a engine place with low miles with a 2year warranty it was a direct swap all they need to do was remove the original engine take what parts they needed off the original to put on the engine that I bought from engine place then inspect it to see if they needed to order any new parts for it to do the install that was it so they did the engine swap and called me said jeep was ready and that they had done everything but they couldnt get the keys to program and I would have to take it to the dealership to get them to program keys to the jeep so i paid there invoice of $2150 and had tow truck pick it up from there shop and took to the local jeep dealership so on the first day at the dealership the service manager called me said they need to do a complete diagnostic and it would be $570 and needed me to approve it so I did on the second day in the afternoon the service manger called me again and said they found multiple issues with the jeep and the reason for keys not programming and starting he said that engine was incorrectly installed , multiple wires unplugged , damaged connectors and bad pinched wires dealership even sent me text and email noting all this so I forwarded it to *** and his shop upon receiving this *** said there not responsible that the previous shop messed it up to take back to them
